Opening Hours

We work Mondays-Fridays, 9:30am to 5:00pm., Saturdays 9:30am – 1:00pm.

We are closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and all Public Holidays.

We take extended breaks during Easter, Christmas and Chinese New Year. 

Telephone Enquiry

We regret we do not offer telephone enquiry service. Our Customer Service Desk is only responsible for making appointments, they cannot answer your questions. Only trained Consultants are qualified to answer your questions, and to see a Consultant, you would need an appointment.

Registration is free. Please submit a Registration Form online first, and someone will get back to you shortly. For full details, please refer to General Information.

“Walk-In” Visitors

Out of respect to our clients, we regret that no “walk-in” visitor will be accepted. To avoid disappointment, please kindly respect our Strictly by Appointment Only  rule.
