Meeting Your Match
The order of event in handling a match would depend entirely on where the match is located. Needless to say, a local match or an overseas match would be handled quite differently.
For local matches, we normally confirm a fixed date with both parties first, then we send out an email simultaneously to the man and the lady, giving them a condensed synopsis of information regarding each other, and then we retreat, allowing the man to take the initiative in contacting the lady directly to arrange the time & venue. We nevertheless request our clients to give us some feedback after each introduction so that we may come increasingly closer to meeting their requirements and to better serve them in the future.
In the event that the match resides overseas, after a period of satisfactory communication, we would encourage the man to meet the lady at the woman's country of residence. The client should spend at least a few days with her visitor to get to know each other. If all goes well, we encourage intensified contacts before subsequently, a second meeting at the man's country of residence is arranged. With the Silver and Gold Plans, our Consultant actually organizes dates with multiple overseas candidates and accompanies the client at no additional cost on one or more such "rendez-vous" trips, usually in North America, Europe and/or Australia, rendering assistance and offering her companionship and advice all the way through.
